Tracy Hennessy was a stay-at-home mom of three when her son, Connor, was diagnosed with ALL-Leukemia in 2001. Six months into his treatment, she decided to go back to school and become an RN and started working at Hasbro Childrens Hospital as a Student Nurse in 2004, continuing as an RN after graduation.
She went on to get certifications in Pediatrics and Oncology Nursing. She currently works on the Inpatient Oncology floor at Hasbro Childrens Hospital dedicating her life to helping other children and families get through the hardest fight of their lives.
When not at work or home raising her three boys, Tracy enjoys volunteering at various childhood cancer charities and raising puppies for Ocean State Labradoodles!
